At TOMS Racing Australia, we strive to provide high-quality products and accurate product information. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please ensure that the item is suitable for your vehicle/application before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Orders & Installation Errors

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and specifications prior to ordering.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Installation errors
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Improper use or modification of the product

If you are unsure about compatibility or installation requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Local Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other local government charges applicable in their country.

If a customer refuses to pay local taxes, import duties, customs fees, or refuses delivery for any reason, no refund will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Special order items
  • Custom-made products
  • Electrical components
  • Used or installed items
  • Clearance or sale items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
If the return / exchange claim is accepted, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
