Shipping Policy

Due to our extensive product range, it is not possible to keep every item in stock at all times. While we do our best to maintain stock availability, some products may need to be ordered from our suppliers.

Orders will be dispatched within 3 days, provided the products are in stock at our Australian warehouse.

Some orders may take longer than 3 days to fulfil if we are awaiting stock from TOMS Japan.

To confirm whether a product is in stock, please contact us before placing your order.

If the item cannot be fulfilled at all, you will be contacted.

Products will be shipped via Australia Post or another domestic courier offering the most competitive rate at the time of dispatch.
